Please make sure you have read my site before contacting me, so that we know for certain that we can be of service to one another. It will save you money and save us both time.

When you call for a appointment remember that I can not answer the phone while I am in session, so please leave a message and give me the best times to get back to you. If I have a full day, it may take a day, therefore email is the quickest way to get me. While I don't take same day appointments, I can schedule any day of the week, and most likely can accommodate your appointment needs.

If you have questions, I can BRIEFLY discuss what you want to accomplish. If your questions take longer than TEN minutes to address, I will ask that you schedule a telephone consultation.

I prefer cash or money order, but if you need to pay with a credit card then please do so with Paypal through this website, as I do not have a physical credit card machine. The charge will appear on your credit card as "CD Enterprises."

SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

All appointments must be secured by a non-refundable $50.00 deposit that will be applied towards your appointment price. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. I allot a number of hours in my day for appointments, and if there is a last-minute cancellation, this is a small compensation for the loss of many hours of my time.

FOR FIRST-TIME CLIENTS
	Half-hour Phone Consultation: $25.00 Call if you have any questions about the work (not required)
	Men - Reconditioning of Mind and Body (4-5 hours): $350.00 Session 1 and 2 combined, must be done in person
	Men Session 1 - Reconditioning of the mind (2 hours): $150.00 Can also be done through Skype
	Men Session 2 - Reconditioning of the body (2-3 hours): $200.00 Must be done in person, have to complete session 1 first
	Women - Reconditioning of Mind and Body (4-5 hours): $275.00 Session 1 and 2 combined, must be done in person
	Women Session 1 - Reconditioning of the mind (2 hours): $125.00 Can also be done through Skype
	Women Session 2 - Reconditioning of the body (2-3 hours): $150.00 Must be done in person, have to complete session 1 first
	Couples - Reconditioning Mind and Body (4-6 hours): $475.00 Session 1 and 2 combined, must be done in person
	Couples Session 1 - Reconditioning of the mind (2 hours): $200.00 Can also be done through Skype
	Couples Session 2 - Reconditioning of the body (3-4 hours): $275.00 Must be done in person, have to complete session 1 first
REPEAT APPOINTMENTS
	Men/Women/Couples - Repeat bodywork sessions (2 hours): $200.00
	Men/Women/Couples - 3 repeat sessions: $500.00 (a savings of $100) Package deals must be purchased in advance to get the discount
	Men/Women/Couples - 5 repeat sessions: $800.00 (a savings of $200) Package deals must be purchased in advance to get the discount
